Our Guarantee At Essential Leaf, we want you to feel the difference our herbal remedies can make. We understand that every body is unique, and what works for one person may feel different for another.

Change of Mind (Unopened) If you change your mind, we accept returns on unopened and sealed jars within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once received and inspected, a full refund for the product will be issued.

Satisfaction Concerns (Opened) If you have used the product and feel it isn't the right fit for you, please reach out to us at sales@essentialleaf.com.au within 14 days of delivery. While we cannot accept physical returns of opened jars for hygiene reasons, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to find a solution, which may include a store credit or partial refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items In the unlikely event that your dark glass jar arrives damaged during transit, please take a photo and contact us immediately. We will ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.
